Renue By Science ships products from its fulfillment facilities in the United States and also operates regional fulfillment options for selected international destinations.
United States Shipping
Free Standard Shipping: USPS First Class shipping is free on U.S. orders over $50 USD.
Expedited options, including UPS 2-Day Air, may also be available for U.S. domestic orders.
International Shipping
International shipping is available to many countries.
Shipping methods, costs, and delivery times vary according to destination, carrier, and order size.
Express international shipping is available for qualifying orders, and free shipping may be available when the applicable order minimum is met. For most international destinations, the current free-shipping threshold is $500 USD, although exceptions may apply.
Processing Time
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST are generally processed on the following business day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on Fridays are generally processed on the following Monday.
Orders are not shipped on Saturdays or Sundays.
Estimated Delivery Time
United States: Approximately 2–4 business days
International: Approximately 5–15 business days, depending on the shipping method and destination.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of customs processing, carrier disruptions, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Depending on the destination, applicable taxes, duties, and customs charges may be collected at checkout through DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping.
For destinations where DDP is not available, the customer may be responsible for import duties, taxes, customs charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with applicable local import regulations. Renue By Science is not responsible for costs associated with an order that is refused or rejected by local customs authorities.

Renue By Science's current shipping matrix lists certain destinations where shipping is unavailable, including:
Mexico, Spain, Russia, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, Israel, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, and Pakistan.
Shipping availability may change based on carrier services and local import requirements.
